If you follow me on Instagram, you will definitely know we have an unhealthy obsession with make-it-yourself coffee. Don’t get me wrong, we love getting coffee out too, but something about having an amazing cup of coffee at home is just so cozy. As a certified home body, high quality coffee products are a worthy investment for me.
The thirteen coffee products I’m sharing today are worthy of your investment. From coffee pots, coffee makers, coffee items to put on your registry, unique coffee gifts, the ultimate coffee bar essentials, you will find *all* the coffee things here.
1. Moccamaster by Technivorm Coffee Maker with Glass Carafe
Yes, this is really expensive. In my opinion though, if you’re serious about your everyday coffee, this is a worthy investment. The Moccamaster coffeemaker brews the perfect cup of coffee in only six minutes, and the copper heating element ensures water stays at the perfect temperature from the brew cycle’s beginning to its end.
This is the perfect coffee maker to add to your wedding registry or to save up for. This coffee maker will last you for years too.
2. Nespresso Citiz Coffee and Espresso Machine
Another expensive item, but I promise this post is varied in price. I just wanted to get the big ticket items out of the way first!
There are so many Nespresso machines on the market, but this one really is simplistic and still gets the job done. There are two settings for just espresso shots and also for a “lungo” or americano size. The built-in milk frother works really well and is easy to clean. There are even two settings for hot or cold frothed milk. Make sure you not, this machine uses the original line pods!
3. Fellow Stagg EKG Pour-Over Kettle
This is the sports car of kettles. Besides being extremely aesthetically pleasing, it’s also extremely functional. The counter-balanced handle provides a steady precise pour, something you can’t really achieve on your own unless you’re an expert. The kettle can even maintain the perfect temp for an hour!
4. Chemex Cream and Sugar Set
Another beautiful and functional coffee piece. The classic Chemex silhouette looks amazing in any kitchen or coffee bar, and this is so handy for the ultimate coffee experience by yourself or with friends.
5. Breville Bambino Plus Espresso Machine
Just what you need and nothing you don’t, this is the perfect espresso machine if you’re short on space but want to take it a step up from the Nespresso. This will give you extremely authentic espresso but with a more simplistic setup and routine. It comes in sooo many colors.
It’s almost always on sale, so I would not buy this for full price. If you’re looking for a basic espresso machine, this is it!
6. OXO Compact Cold Brew Coffee Maker
Brew a week’s worth of iced coffee concentrate with this clever and compact coffee maker. All you have to do is add grounds to the brewing container, pour water through the perforated lid and let steep for 12-24 hours on your countertop or in the refrigerator. Once placed over the graceful glass carafe, the brewer automatically drains the coffee through its ultra-fine filter for a smooth concentrate. Top the carafe with the cork to store in the fridge and create cafe-quality iced coffee drinks whenever you want!
This is the answer to at home cold brew!
7. Stainless Steel Airscape Containers
This might seem unnecessary, but this will keep your ground coffee for ultimate freshness. There are two tops, one screw top to seal all the way down to your coffee amount and one to lock it all in on top. This holds a ton of coffee too. It also looks really great! If you’re looking for the best container for coffee, this is it!
8. Aeropress Coffee and Espresso Maker
These are really popular and for a good reason, too. This completely portable coffee maker allows you to make hot or cold coffee almost instantly, on the go. If you’re wondering just how it works, this gives you step-by-step instructions for using the aeropress. You can even use this at home in place of a french press if you’re tight on space.
9. La Colombe Draft Lattes
Sometimes you’re just going to be short on time with no minutes to spare on a homemade brew. These coffee drinks are smooth, delicious and not too sweet.
10. Coffee Filters
These are just great coffee filters, I can’t explain it! I love getting the 100 pack so we know it’s time to clean our machine when we use the last of it.
11. Affordable Milk Frother
If you’re not looking to shell out much on a milk frother, this handy gadget really gets the job done. It’s also incredibly compact and easy to use! With almost 50,000 reviews and sitting at 4.5 stars on Amazon, it’s safe to say this is a sure bet.
12. OXO Burr Coffee Grinder
This is a great coffee grinder. The Burr grinders ensure optimal flavor extraction, and this grinder allows you to specifically pick how coarse or fine you would like your grounds to be. It holds a lot of coffee up top, so you can grind fresh beans for every single cup if you want. More than anything else, this has changed our coffee game!
Ground coffee is usually more expensive than whole bean coffee, so we have also been able to save a little money at the same time too.
13. Coffee Cups
I saved the most simplistic for last, but these coffee cups are really nice. Microwave and dishwasher safe coffee cups are a must for me, and I discovered these during my coffee mug reset (that I’m still working on by the way!)
These hold a great amount of coffee and are still light. They also don’t get too scalding hot on the outside, which is always nice!
To end, I’m going to share a quick story though. While I am committed to anything to make at-home coffee better, we have this AMAZING authentic Brazilian coffee shop in Knoxville where we are regulars, and nothing compares to their drip coffee. I got just drip coffee once when I went with my friend and podcast co-host, Alyson, and she asked why I got drip coffee at a coffee shop when you could make that yourself at home… *crickets*
All that to say, these products and getting the coffee beans from that shop make a dramatic difference in our at-home coffee game, but we still know the professionals do drop coffee and coffee drinks best 😉 Also, I think Alyson has seen the error of her ways since that comment! Haha
That wraps up the coffee products I think you will become obsessed with. Let me know if you try any of these out!
