I shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale every single year with my mom, and we always look forward to it so much. This year was no different!
This sale is so widely talked about because it actually places brand new items for the upcoming season instead of discounting the things that just didn’t sell at the end of the season.
In the past, I usually spend right around or right under $200 a year on a few different basics for fall, but this year I have been a lot tighter on my spending and really placing a critical eye toward all my purchases. This means I really don’t need many fall things, so I probably won’t be picking much up from the sale this year.
The sale this year also lacks a larger majority of the basics shoppers were accustomed to, and a lot of things this year just aren’t catching my eye like they normally do. That said, there are still some fantastic things that I think are worth it.
I really just did not want to miss out on all the fun with sharing the Nsale content, so I whipped up a few of the items I think would be worth it from the sale. I marked which things I am actually planning on picking up too!
What I think is Worth it from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year
I’ve been desperate to try the Necessaire body wash, so I was so happy to see it was included in the beauty category of the sale this year. Their beauty items are usually some of the best (or so I am told), and I’ve heard nothing but great things about this brand and their products.
The gray hydroflask is an excellent deal, especially since it comes with the straw attachment! We are thinking about getting this and gifting it to my soon-to-be 18-year-old brother-in-law for his Christmas present from us this year. He is about to be in college, and these are an essential for any college student in our opinion!
This green Madewell top looks so versatile, and I cannot get enough of simple, no logo hoodies like this one! These both come in multiple colors.
I’ve been wearing this necklace on repeat lately, and I think everyone needs it in their lives! This is such a good price on it too, and it looks like the stock is still good.
I have a very similar pair of shoes as these from the same brand in the sale last year, these are just a round instead of pointed toe. I wear these constantly and get so many questions about them, so I wanted to make sure and include this pretty similar pair.
Herschel products are timeless and incredible quality, so when I saw this was included in the sale for a good price, I had to throw it in. It’s a small, foldable duffel bag, but I think it would really work well for a lot of different things! I particularly like to bring something like this back with us from a trip in case we end up buying a few things while we’re on our trip.
Barefoot dreams blankets are worth the hype- trust me! There are a few different sizes in the sale this year if you’ve been looking to try them out. The throw blanket is going to be smaller but a lower price!
A few neat home items to round it out. This kettle is all the rage, and it’s so aesthetically pleasing I can see why! I also think it’s always good to have cheese boards like this on hand for gifts or to stock your serving cabinet.
I hope you are able to scoop up every single thing you have your eye on from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year! It truly is a good time to stock up on some regular things as well as statement pieces.
