I know absolutely everyone shares their fall bucket list, but I think that’s just because it’s so much fun to create one and share with others! In years past I have fallen into a fall comparison trap very easily- it’s easy to be envious when others get to travel far distances to see fall foliage, get the most epic shots of fall scenes or have the most trendy fall wardrobe. to complement their perfect New England weather. I try to remind myself that even those people don’t have it all together and probably feel like they miss out on some aspects of fall too!
Today I want to share my bucket list for fall 2020! I always try to plan my trips like this on the realistic side and lean into the activities I know I already have scheduled. If not, I can feel totally bummed out at the end of the season when I don’t accomplish all I want to.
Paired with the current reality that we are still under COVID-19 precautions, I didn’t want to get too ambitious for this year’s activities. If you had asked me in March if we would still be in this situation in almost October, I never would have believed you. What a year it’s been- but hey, even more reason to celebrate with these fun activities.
Let me know what’s on your fall bucket list on my most recent Instagram post!
