We’re more than two years into the “new normal,” which for many us means working from home at least one or two days a week. I am so happy with my current work from home setup, and it’s finally time to share!
I really debated long and hard before deciding to put my desk in our living room, because as the room we spend the most time in, I was afraid I would just constantly feel like I was in the same space and couldn’t turn work off and on. Another month of good reading! I read 14 books this month, some I really loved and some I really did not. I can sometimes feel myself slacking off reading in the summer and leaning more toward Youtube videos and TV, and this summer is sadly no different. I’ve kept up a steady pace, but I feel it waning slightly.

Wow, this was my best month of reading ever. I am so shocked I ended up reading this many books, because this was also one of the busiest months we’ve had since the pandemic started. Hopefully that’s just a good sign that this is a lifelong hobby of mine and not a passing phase haha.
