One of my best friends was texting me pictures and asking question about a charcuterie board she was making, and I realized I could do a better job of posting my tips/thoughts about these boards I am making all the time.
Just over Christmas break I (along with my MIL and mom) created a GIGANTIC charcuterie board. This thing could have fed 60 people, and I’m not even exaggerating. My MIL sent me a charcuterie amount guide after we had already made it, and the board for 8-10 people (how many we had!) recommended only about 3 cheeses and 2 meats. We had WAY more than that. I am talking 15 cheeses, 5 meats, 10 dips, multiple variations of olives, everything.
That’s all beside the point, but today I thought I would share some of the items I love most for building drool-worthy boards. All the items are under $21, meaning you don’t have to spend $$$ to create an amazing board.

Target boards- I was just browsing on Target the other day and saw so many affordable boards! Here are just a few that especially caught my eye. These are on the smaller side but would be great for 2-4 person boards.

Please let me know if you have any charcuterie board questions, creating them is literally one of my hobbies! If I had more time and money, I would make at least one a week.
