I don’t know if any previously experienced emotions can describe the day before your wedding. I was so excited, nervous, scared, emotional, joyous all at once. We didn’t have a bridal party, but I knew I wanted to have a rehearsal dinner and celebrate with some of my favorite people before jumping straight into wedding day. Today I want to share what I wore for the rehearsal dinner and a few behind the scenes photos.
We had our rehearsal and the dinner at the same venue we had the ceremony and reception. It felt nice to have everything in one place. My wedding planner (Margaret Claire’s- more on all my vendors in a dedicated blog post once wedding pictures come back!) did a fantastic job corralling everyone, our family friend Danna took so many good photos and my mother-in-law organized a very fun mingle dinner for after the rehearsal!
My dress was so comfortable and festive! I feel there are only so many opportunities to dress all out when you live in East Tennessee, so I wanted my last night as a bride to be sparkly. These Steve Madden shoes are my all-time best heels ever. I have the nude color, but I thought black better went with the bows on the dress.
