I have been cooking up a storm these past few months, and I wanted to be intentional about cataloging this season because who knows if I will ever get a three month hiatus from to-dos and deadlines again? I have been emphasizing to Preston how rare this is and to not expect too much when I go back into the office, but he is hanging onto hope for a little bit longer. Today I am sharing a few meals I made recently and loved.

Ina Garten’s Perfect Roast Chicken– This was my second time making this, and I accidentally baked the chicken upside down with the breast facing down… I didn’t think it would make that much of a difference, but the skin wasn’t as crispy. Oh well, it was still delicious.
