Happy Saturday friends! I finally got the chance to come home this weekend after over a month away, and my mom celebrated by making all the homemade food and desserts possible. She made the best pumpkin bread I have ever had, and I wanted to share the recipe today.
This makes a lot of pumpkin bread! Bake it in a decorative bundt pan or in two neat loaf pans. It is yummy for breakfast with some coffee or a sweet treat.
I am going to watch the Vols game in a few hours, hopefully we do okay- at this point I can’t even hope for a win!
