My friend Skylar and I were chatting the other day, and the question “where would you shop if you were given one store to have an unlimited budget in?” At the same time, we both said, “whole foods,” with 100% clarity. It was hilarious, and then we talked for probably thirty minutes about all the things we would buy with an unlimited budget there.
I told Skylar that my ideal place would be a combination of Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Publix, but because in this scenario I have to pick one, I would just go with Whole Foods because it’s a good combination of all the things natural, brand name, unique, high quality, the list honestly goes on.
Within this post, I also wanted to share my friend (and classically grace blog reader) Tara’s facebook group, “Living Richly on a Budget.” In this group, Tara has been sharing ways to achieve financial wellness and peace, while sharing reasons God has called us to be good stewards of our finances. I just love Tara’s group so far and the meaning behind it. I feel the subject of financial wellness feels taboo at times, especially among women and young people. I highly encourage you all to join this group if you’ve been thinking more about starting your life off on the right financial foot, paying off debt or just being a more thoughtful spender. Tara also has a video entirely dedicated to smarter grocery shopping, which is something I am always looking to improve on!
This made me wonder what others’ answers would be- I am going to post this question on my Instagram, and I would love if you responded with your favorite store on the post.
