I know we’ve all been through it, you buy or are gifted a cookbook, you thumb through it one night while you’re watching Netflix, mentally mark one or two recipes you *might* make and then never look at it again.

If you’ve been around for any amount of time, you know I am obsessed with cooking and all things related to it.
